Using this website

The content on this website is for information about Erisha Bakery. Menu items, photographs and illustrations are examples, and availability and prices can change.

Orders and custom cakes

Submitting a form on this website is a request, not a confirmed order. An order is confirmed when we confirm it with you in writing. Custom cakes require a 50% deposit to hold the date, with the balance due at pick-up or delivery.

Cancellations and changes

Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before your event date. After that, ingredients and time have been reserved and the deposit is kept. Design changes are welcome up to 7 days before your date, subject to what is possible.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts and soy. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from any allergen. Please tell us about allergies when you order.

Pick-up and delivery

Cakes are boxed for pick-up. Once you take your order, storing and transporting it safely is your responsibility. We will give you care instructions.

Third-party products and affiliate links

Products in our shop and guides that link to other retailers are sold by those retailers, not by Erisha Bakery. Their prices, availability, shipping, returns and warranties are governed by the retailer’s terms. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases, as explained in our affiliate disclosure. Product descriptions are offered in good faith but may change, so please confirm details with the retailer before you buy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Erisha Bakery is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law.
