Flour, butter & patience
Erisha is a neighbourhood bakery and café in Brampton, founded on a simple belief: good food tastes better when it is shared.
It begins in the dark
While the neighbourhood sleeps, the first dough is already rising. We mix, fold and shape by hand, give every loaf the time it needs, and bake in small batches throughout the day, so that what you take home is as fresh as it can possibly be.
We love the classics: a proper croissant, a loaf with a crackling crust, a cake that tastes of celebration. And we love the seasons, letting the fruit and flavours of the year guide what appears in our cases.
Erisha is a place to begin the morning, to meet a friend, to collect something for the table, or to mark a moment with a cake made just for you.

From first light to closing
The ovens wake
Doughs are scaled and shaped, and laminated pastry receives its final folds.
First bakes
Croissants, loaves and rolls emerge golden as the espresso machines warm.
The cases fill
The first cappuccino is poured and the day begins in earnest.
Fresh batches
Cake decorating and custom orders keep the kitchen busy until closing.
Four quiet principles
Simple ingredients
Flour, butter, eggs, sugar, fruit and chocolate. We keep our recipes honest and let the baking speak for itself.
Patience
Great dough cannot be hurried. Long fermentation and careful lamination are always worth the wait.
Community
We are proud to be part of your mornings, your celebrations and your neighbourhood.
Kindness
A warm welcome with every order, honesty about allergens, and care for the people who work here.
Bring Erisha home
We are often asked which tools and ingredients we trust. So we gathered them into a small, carefully chosen shop, along with guides to help you bake and brew beautifully at home.
